Directions to find The ICT Curriculum Support Team @ The Buckinghamshire Teaching & Learning Centre

Aylesbury, being an old market town, should be viewed as the hub of a wheel, with all seven roads leading into it seen as the spokes of the wheel. The ring road does not completely encircle the Town, but parts of it link into each other. Following the instructions below will give you the easiest approach, where possible avoiding the heaviest traffic.

When approaching from the Wycombe / Risborough direction: Proceed in towards Aylesbury until you reach Stoke Mandeville Village. At the mini roundabout opposite the Church, turn left and follow the signs for Stoke Mandeville Hospital. Proceed until you reach the second roundabout opposite the Stoke Mandeville Hospital Entrance # 2 at Q. Turn left into Churchill Avenue, over the bridge and at the next roundabout at P, turn left into Ellen Road. Turn into the Mandeville School entrance, and turn right following the signs to the Buckinghamshire Teaching & Learning Centre.

When approaching from the Wendover direction: Proceed in towards Aylesbury until you reach the roundabout at B turn left towards Stoke Mandeville. Follow this road over the railway bridge for approx 0.5 mile, until you reach the mini roundabout with the church on the right. Go straight across here and proceed until you reach the second roundabout opposite the Stoke Mandeville Hospital Entrance # 2 at Q. Then follow directions from Wycombe at Q.

When approaching from the Tring direction: At the mini roundabout at the Aylesbury end of Aston Clinton, turn left towards Weston Turville, drive right through the village until you reach the A413 Wendover/Aylesbury road at A. Turn right and proceed in towards Aylesbury for approx 400m until the next roundabout at B, and then follow directions from Wendover at B.

When approaching from the Leighton Buzzard direction: Proceed in towards Aylesbury and turn left at the roundabout at F signposted to Amersham into Douglas Road. Drive approx 1 mile over the canal until you reach the A41 Tring road. Turn left at E crossing the two mini roundabouts go towards Tring and proceed approx 1 mile until the next roundabout at D then turn right into Bedgrove, signposted Amersham / Wendover, after approx 1 mile through the estate, you will reach the Aylesbury / Wendover Road A413 at C. Turn left towards Wendover, and at the first roundabout at B signposted Stoke Mandeville turn right, and then follow directions from Wendover at B.

When approaching from the Buckingham direction: Proceed towards Aylesbury, turn right at the Horse and Jockey roundabout at G into Weedon Road, drive to the end, then turn right at the roundabout at R onto the A41 towards Bicester, turn first left into Gatehouse Road at J and proceed for approx 0.5 mile until the next roundabout at S, turn left into Coldharbour Way, follow the signs over three roundabouts for Oxford, Thame, Aylesbury A418. When you reach the A418 at M, turn left towards Aylesbury, and at the next roundabout at N turn right into Ellen road, follow the signs for Walton Court Stoke Mandeville Hospital. Go over the 4 road humps past the shops; stay on Ellen road turning left at the next roundabout. Mandeville School main entrance is approx 200m on the right. Turn into the Mandeville School entrance, and turn right following the signs to the Buckinghamshire Teaching & Learning Centre

When approaching from the Bicester direction: Proceed in towards Aylesbury across the first roundabout, at the next mini roundabout at K, turn right into Rabans Lane Industrial Area. Proceed along Rabans Lane until the first mini roundabout at L, and turn left into Brunel Road, onto Coldharbour Way, at roundabout at S turn right. Follow the signs towards Oxford, Thame, Aylesbury A418 then follow directions from Buckingham at M.

When approaching from the Oxford direction: Proceed in towards Aylesbury over the first roundabout at M and at the second roundabout at N turn right into Ellen Road and follow the directions from Buckingham at N.
