The ICT Curriculum Support Team has partnership agreements with various organisations. This allows the Team to have information on the latest developments in ICT including software and hardware and to offer software discounts (generally 20%) to schools.

 

South East Grid for Learning The South East Grid for Learning is a consortium of 17 LAs who are working together to implement broadband communications within the South East region.
Thameslea Consortium Buckinghamshire belongs to theThameslea consortium of LAs which comprises Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes and the London Boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Enfield, Harrow, Harringey, Hackney, Harringey, Tower hamlets, Westminster and Islington. Occasional regional events are held.
RM

The ICT Centre is an RM Support Partnership for Education (SPE) Partner and the latest computer systems and software are available for review. As an SPE Partner we are able to offer curriculum software training on RM systems in exchange for vouchers purchased from RM.

 

Crick

Crick Software is available for review and purchase. Crick Software includes the popular Clicker range of software and on screen grids which provide support for differentiated work and special educational needs.

 

Blackcat

Blackcat produce a range of generic software..

SEMERC SEMERC are the award winning producer of SEN products. They produce a wide range of input devices and software for use in the classroom.
Logotron A range of Logotron products can be reviewed at the ICT Centre.
2 Simple 2 Simple produce award winning software such as 2Simple Infant Toolkit, 2Simple Junior Toolkit, 2Create, 2Animate and 2Type.
Dataharvest Data Harvest are suppliers of computer interfaces e.g. dataloggers and control boxes and software for use in Datalogging and Control.
ESP ESP publishes a range of music software for use in the classroom, such as Junior Compose World and Music Maker.
